3

Schedule your sessions

Lessons are available across multiple time slots throughout the week. Book the times that fit around your work and personal commitments.

4

Practice between sessions

Access interactive exercises, vocabulary tools and conversation prompts in the knowledge base to reinforce what you have covered in class.

Conversation at the centre

Language is learned by using it. Our sessions are built around speaking and listening, not just reading grammar rules. Interactive exercises between classes keep vocabulary active and help you build confidence at your own pace.

Guided prompts and role-play scenarios for realistic practice.

Listening practice

Audio materials at varied speeds to train comprehension.

Common questions

Straightforward answers to things people often ask before they start.

How do I know which level to start at?
When you contact us, we will ask a few questions about your background and experience. For most languages we also offer a short online placement exercise that gives a clear indication of your current level without any pressure.
Can I change between individual and group sessions?
Yes. Many learners start with group sessions and then add individual coaching for specific challenges. You can adjust your programme as your needs change, subject to availability.
What equipment do I need for online lessons?
A computer, tablet or smartphone with a stable internet connection, a working microphone and ideally a webcam. Sessions run through standard video conferencing tools that do not require any special software installation.
How long are the lessons?
Individual coaching sessions run for 50 minutes. Group sessions are typically 60 to 75 minutes, which allows time for group activities and discussion. Shorter 30-minute review sessions are also available for individual learners.
Are the programmes suitable for complete beginners?
Absolutely. All three languages are available from A1 level. The beginner programmes assume no prior knowledge and move at a pace that feels manageable rather than rushed.
What happens if I miss a session?
For individual sessions, we ask for at least 24 hours notice to reschedule. Group sessions are not recorded by default, but your instructor can provide a written summary of what was covered so you can catch up before the next class.
