2. Scope of these terms

These terms apply to use of the Savendorio website at savendorio.com and to the language education services we provide. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

3. Description of services

Savendorio offers online language education in Dutch, English and Spanish. Services include individual coaching sessions, group study sessions and access to learning resources through our knowledge base. All sessions are delivered online via video conference.

The specific terms of any education programme, including scheduling, duration and content, are agreed separately between Savendorio and the participant prior to commencement.

4. Use of the website

You may use this website for informational purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the website in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its systems
• Transmit any harmful, offensive or disruptive content through the website
• Use automated tools to scrape or copy content from the website without permission

Educational materials provided during sessions are for personal use only and may not be shared or redistributed.

6. Cancellation and rescheduling

For individual sessions, we ask for at least 24 hours notice to reschedule. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may not be rescheduled without charge. Specific cancellation conditions are set out in the programme agreement.

Savendorio reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to instructor availability or technical issues. In such cases, participants will be notified as early as possible.

7. Limitation of liability

Savendorio provides educational services and informational content in good faith. We do not warrant that the website will be available at all times or free from errors. To the extent permitted by Dutch law, Savendorio is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website or our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.

8. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Rotterdam, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
